Summary: My partner and I were supposed to be in Italy this weekend, but we had to cancel at the last minute. Thankfully, our lovely hosts accommodated our last-minute booking with no problem! It turned out to be a fantastic stay—perfect for getting away from the city and enjoying the water. The property offers plenty of activities, from games and water sports to relaxing by the shore. Plus, there are tons of bars and restaurants within walking distance! We can’t wait to experience it again in the winter!

Summary: Stayed here for the weekend and had a great time - the host has provided alot of touches that you can use (extra paper cups, plates, firewood, coffee, etc.). Would definitely book again!

Summary: We found the house as described and shown on the pictures. It was clean and had all necessary supplies for a long weekend trip. Will it fit 11 people as described though? No way but we were only 4 so it didn't matter for us. The view from the living room window was breathtaking and we very much enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Unfortunately, there was a water advisory for the lake (blue algae and fecal matter) so we did not enjoy much of the lake itself. Nothing the host can do about but worth checking before you go. Thankfully, Seba Beach was only 25 min away and we got some swimming in. So all in all we did enjoy ourselves and had a great time. away and we got some swimming inBthats no

Summary: To say this property sleeps 12 is a stretch. Bunks beds too short for adults over 5’7. Counting air mattress as a bed is ridiculous, as you must inflate and deflate daily. There is no space for personal items for 12, not enough kitchen storage for 12 ( dry or refrigerated). Only one closet with no room for our things as brooms etc. were stored there. Outside front deck safety? 3 slivers and a jammed big toe to say nothing about severe drop from steps to beach, and actual beach. While I was expecting the A/C to be a window unit, at 35 degrees it never kept up with 12 bodies. This property is supremely misrepresented for 12, and I feel I’ve been cheated. The fact that VRBO allows this means buyer beware. This is my first experience with VRBO, and my last.

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the cottage as we were evacuated due to wildfires in the NT. It was a little cozier than we thought as the two bunk beds are supposed to sleep 8 of the 12 guests and an air mattress for the other 2. But there isn’t any room for the air mattress except in the living room between the couches so you have to put it up and down each night. The view was amazing and the sunsets beautiful. It was too bad that there were two water advisories so we couldn’t go in the water but it was still nice to sit on the deck and have a fire. The spacious deck has tons of room for the kids to play! We spent a lot of time outside. The dishwasher didn’t always fully clean the dishes and the pots/pans are not in great shape and there were no cookie sheets which made cooking a bit of a challenge but we bought some disposable aluminum pans and they worked well. It wasn’t mentioned that you can’t drink the water, but once we figured out where to go in town to refill the reusable water jug we were good. My lower mark for cleanliness was more for the outside of the property than inside, so not a big deal. There were a lot of bugs and cobwebs on the outside of the house and on the patio furniture, and in the window sills. But easy enough to clean off the furniture outside. Overall we had a great stay and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Summary: Cute Lakeside home with modern conveniences and rustic charm. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen exceptionally outfitted, and the deck was an exquisite oasis of relaxation. This beach front property is perfect for a family, friends weekend, or as a quiet couples retreat. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly, and accommodating! We will be back :)

Summary: There is no way it sleeps 12 adults( that is including an air mattress in the main room) in this cabin. Two rooms with small double bunk beds that are really tricky as an adult to get into, are ment to sleep eight people. There was alot of thoughtfull things but also things like sugar packets in the lense cleaner box in the bathroom and a sharp broken stool at the kitchen island. The dishes needed to be rewashed before use and the dishwasher dose not clean them well. The deck was amazing but super uneven. Tons on towels and blankets as well as dishes.

Summary: Great location, right on the beach and close to the public park/beach. Everything you need to prepare meals. Very clean. Hosts were great with communication and providing information/instructions. We'd definitely love to stay here again.
